各界新聞網訊(記者 滿淑涵)針對當前新型冠狀病毒感染的肺炎疫情，陜西省科技廳(陜西省外國專家局)結合省政府已啟動的突發公共衛生事件一級應急響應，近日向在陜工作生活的外國專家發出倡議：加強自我防護、盡量減少外出、關注官方權威信息、參與聯防聯控。具體內容如下：

　　Dear foreign experts:

　　親愛的外國專家們：

　　Due to the outbreak of pneumonia caused by the novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV), Shaanxi Province has activated a level I emergency response for public health event since 25th January. Hereby, we advocate the following practices to all foreign experts in Shaanxi.

　　由于新型冠狀病毒感染的肺炎疫情，陜西省1月25號已啟動突發公共衛生事件一級應急響應。在此，我們向在陜外國高端人才提出如下倡議。

　　I. Please strengthen self-protection and prevention. Keep good hygiene habits and paying attention to hands and mouth hygiene, washing your hands often. Cover a cough or sneeze with a tissue or your flexed elbow. Dispose of used masks appropriately. Maintain proper ventilation and keep rooms clean.

　　一、加強自我防護。保持良好衛生習慣，注意手口衛生，勤洗手。咳嗽、打噴嚏時務必使用紙巾或肘部捂住口鼻，廢棄口罩按規定規范投放。適當開窗通風，注意保持室內環境衛生。

　　II. Minimize outdoor activities. Avoid crowed places, parties and group activities. Correctly wear a mask (preferably, a surgical mask) if you have to go and attend one. If you have mild to severe respiratory symptoms of fever, cough, breathing difficulty, or fatigue, please go to a designated hospital with a mask on.

　　二、盡量減少外出。避免到人員密集的場所，減少聚會聚餐等集體活動。外出請正確佩戴口罩，首選醫用外科口罩。若出現發熱、咳嗽、胸悶、乏力等癥狀，須佩戴口罩到我省指定救治醫院就診。

　　III. Pay attention to authoritative information. Follow the official website of Health Commission of Shaanxi province for the information of the novel coronavirus and designated hospitals of Shaanxi province (http://sxwjw.shaanxi.gov.cn/). You can also refer to the news released by the National Health Committee of China (http://www.nhc.gov.cn/) to learn about the nationwide situation. 　　三、關注官方權威信息。請關注陜西省衛生健康委員會官方網站，獲取陜西新型冠狀病毒感染的肺炎疫情情況和醫療救治定點醫院(http://sxwjw.shaanxi.gov.cn/)。您也可以關注中國國家衛生健康委員會(http://www.nhc.gov.cn/)發布的消息，了解全國疫情情況。如有任何疑問或建議，您可以撥打陜西衛生健康委員會熱線電話029-12320咨詢。

　　IV. Please join us for preventing the virus. If you have be to the infected areas such as Hubei province and returned to Shaanxi within 14 days, or if you contacted people who are from epidemic areas, please monitor your health condition closely, stay at home, and timely report to local Disease Control authorities of designated departments. If the community workers or medical staffs ask about your health, please provide them with information in a timely manner.

　　四、參與聯防聯控。如果您抵陜前14天內到訪過疫情高發的湖北等地區，或最近14天內曾接觸過疫情高發地區的來陜人員，應當及時向當地疾病預防控制機構或指定部門報告，并密切關注自身的身體狀況，居家休息，減少外出。如有社區工作人員或醫務人員詢問您的情況，請您積極配合他們的工作。
